Employee Relations & Training

    • Implements special events (holiday party, monthly birthday/anniversary celebration, assist and backup for other corporate functions). Executes monthly, quarterly and annual awards and recognition program.Employee Benefits Administration
    • Review and reconcile billings by health, dental and supplemental insurance providers and prepare internal reports by region for the Accounting Department Assist in handling annual Open Enrollment. (depending on company and FSA enrollment)
    • Administer Tuition Reimbursement Program
    • Assist HR Manager in Open Enrollment process
    • Update 401(k) with termination and changes


  • Employee Records Management & Reporting


    • Maintain HR information database by entering or updating all new hires, termination, salary or other changes and benefits deductions.
    • Prepares employee headcount, budget and other reports as required. Process employee wage statements as required in compliance to State laws.

Department Support and Productivity


    • Provide departmental administrative support as needed
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to create, compile and maintain database of applicants to identify selection trends
    • Provide backup support for Receptionist
    • Respond to all employment verification
    • Accurate and timely filing of employee personnel and medical records
  • Assist as needed in administering the Runzheimer Business Vehicle Mileage Program




  • BA/BS degree (Human Resources Preferred)
  • Recruiting/Sourcing exp a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word a must
  • Ability to work with multiple functional departments and levels within organization      
  • High energy and a great attitude
