    Assist the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources as an integral part of the Company’s Human Resources team.




      • Serve as an employee advocate to ensure that employee concerns are promptly addressed and resolved consistent with company values, polices and/or practices.

      • Work closely with management and employees to foster productive work relationships, increase employee engagement and productivity.

      • Support and advise leaders in corrective action, performance evaluation, employee training and advising on all other issues affecting the organization.

      • Develop and conduct training to include compliance-oriented areas as well as company focused training for development needs.

      • Develops and administers culturally aligned company- wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated company objectives and federal and state legal requirements.

      • Participate in investigations of complaints and grievances.

      • Maintain HRIS database by updating new hires, terminations, salaries or any other changes and benefit deductions.

      • Experience with Payroll systems (ADP preferred)

      • Oversee unemployment insurance claims management process.

      • Manage HR compliance reporting and policy administration such as EEO compliance, Affirmative Action Plan, 401K, and annual enrollment.

      • Ensures COBRA administration will be executed as required by law.

      • Prepare for and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.

      • Manage and track all benefit administration to include updating employee information with 401k plan, health and dental providers as needed (including initial enrollment, termination, demographic changes, claims, etc.)

      • Manages all Disability and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims as well as leaves for our support centers.

      • Review and reconcile billings by health, dental and supplemental insurance providers and prepare internal reports by region for the Accounting Department.

      •                            Provides headcount, budget and other reports weekly and as requested.


      • Minimum Experience – 5 years Human Resources experience preferred

      • Education – Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or Associates degree from a two-year college or university in a related field of study with experience as an HR Generalist; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      • Certification: PHR preferred

      • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information sensitively utilizing discretion and independent judgment

      • Independent organization and project management skills to prioritize and complete multiple assignments and coordinate workflow

      • In-depth understanding of HR processes and HR-related regulations.

      • MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills

      • Experience with ADP HR Profile software preferred

      • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members; demonstrate cooperation and flexibility

      • Willingness to handle a variety of tasks; flexibility
