    ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Generating new business opportunities through outbound calling efforts, research and networking for the Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System sales team.

    Supports the Sales Manager in developing, motivating and guiding the Lead-Generating Sales Associate (LGSA) team to achieving their monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Provides leadership and ensures execution of productivity and revenue expectations for their team.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform outbound calls
    • Set qualified appointments for outside sales team
    • Research businesses that would benefit from Coverall’s Health-Based Cleaning System
    • Work with Sales Manager and/or General Manager to develop business opportunities in a geographic area
    • Monitor employee productivity and motivate them to reach daily goals
    • Manage and improve upon leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Data mine the existing customer database
    • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management.
    • Provide appropriate coaching and guidance for LGSAs to improve performance.
    • Monitor daily activity of each LGSA to ensure optimal levels of high quality lead generation activity is achieved.
    • Distribute leads, resolve issues, and onboard new LGSAs as needed.

    • Telemarketing experience
    • Research skills
    • Fluent in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)
    • Relationship builder
    • Organized, Articulate and Creative
    • B2B sales experience
    • Strong work ethic, leads by example
    • Aggressive, financially driven and self-starter
