    This person provides essential support to the Operations Department and is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all customers and franchise owners. The CSR handles all customer calls and responds promptly to inquiries, concerns or complaints from customers and franchise owners. 




    • Coordinates the proper delivery of information relating to customer accounts from Sales to Operations for account distribution and offer to franchise owners

    • Maintains account distribution logs, Support Center files and Franchise Owner files as required. 

    • Accountable for tracking new customers and ensuring that all customer information is accurately entered for processing by the Admin Team.

    • Makes phone calls to new Customers to welcome them to the Coverall System. 

    • Makes and receives customer calls.

    • Provides timely feedback to Operations Manager regarding customer and franchise owner issues.

    • Handles all incoming calls from customers and forwards those calls to the appropriate Operations Team Member for handling if unable to resolve the customer’s issue.

    • Handles all incoming calls from franchise owners and when unable to provide information or appropriate response forwards to appropriate Operations Team Member for handling.

    • Advises customers and franchise owners of new equipment and supplies and any special discount promotions.

    • Performs data entry and forwards the customer account contact report according to Company policy.

    • Assist with sales orders.

    • Compile data and prepare reports as requested by Management. 

    • Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manage to meet business needs.


    • High school or equivalent

    • Work experience should include a minimum of 1 year customer service or sales  experience

    • Solid oral and written communication skills

    • Computer data entry skills preferred

    • Detailed oriented

    • Strong team player

    • Reliable

    • Energetic, friendly and outgoing personality
