    We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our National Accounts Team.


    The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships with National Accounts and acting as their key customer service and support resource.  Assist the VP Sales, and National Accounts Consultant in the administrative and operational tasks associated with the bidding, measuring, negotiating, coordination with the field and selling of new National Account customers, and additional locations for existing National Accounts. The National Account Manager ensures customer satisfaction through teamwork with Coverall’s regional offices and subcontractors


    • Assists National Accounts Consultant in the customer acquisition process for new and existing customer bids and RFPs.
    • Uses strong customer service skills and relationships to help to continually grow the volume of business that we have with each National Account customer.
    • Provides operational support to National Account customers
    • Serves as primary client contact
    • Assures customer satisfaction through teamwork with Coverall’s regional offices and subcontractors
    • Obtains subcontractors to service National Account customers as needed
    • Assist subcontractors with pricing.
    • Communicates with National Account locations and subcontractors throughout the U.S. for trouble shooting and quality assurance.
    • Scheduling of special services requested by customers
    • Initiates and schedules new starts requested by existing customers.
    • Provides data and reporting on accounts to Vice President of Sales as needed
    • Manages the AR aging on National Accounts assigned to them, making collections calls and putting proactive plans in place to prevent future customer delinquencies
    • Resolves any outstanding billing/invoicing issues working with the Billing Dept. if a subcontractor is involved.
    • Builds and maintains corporate customer relationships
    • Influences current customers to know the value of Coverall Health Based Cleaning.
    • Tracks starts and losses for accounts
    • Serves on team projects as assigned
    • Provide support to National Accounts Consultant, VP Sales, CSO and other National Accounts team members as needed
    • Any other duties requested by the Vice President of Sales or other management
