    Provides critical support for assigned National Account Customers and ad hoc service requests.




    • Support and prepare evaluation of data for Open-Line Survey Tool and Reports
    • Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys via phone interviews and prepares survey evaluations.
    • Manages ServiceChannel and Work Order Management Systems
    • Supports National Account Customers with Service Requests
    • Generates/maintains maps for current for National Account Customers and Subcontractors
    • Sources Subcontractors in new markets as needed for service coverage
    • Ensure proper communication with Regional Support Centers, Master Support Centers and           Subcontractors, regarding National Accounts.
    • Work cross-functionally with other departments including Finance, Marketing, and Legal, at all levels, to provide business related information or to gather data.



    • 4 year college degree required, preferably in finance or business related field
    • MBA degree preferred
    • Experience with or a high aptitude to learn or with Customer specific systems (i.e. ServiceChannel, Ariba, Corrigo, etc.)
    • Sales or Customer Service Support background is a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • High level of initiative and ability to prioritize workload
    • Attention to detail and error-free work in a deadline driven environment
    • Disciplined approach to problem solving and strong follow up skills
    • Solid written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Substantial level of independence and accountability for assigned projects
    • Strong ability to apply deductive reasoning
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Confidence and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Strong team player
